Andrew Hunter is a Chiropractor registered with
the General Chiropractic Council. He trained at the McTimoney
College of Chiropractic. McTimoney Chiropractic is a gentle and
effective method of adjusting the bones of the body to achieve and
maintain optimum alignment of the spine.
In addition to Chiropractic, Andrew uses
various methods of soft-tissue manipulation, especially the Active
Release Techniques (ART) system.
Andrew helps patients understand how their
posture and habits of movement (for example in sitting, bending and
lifting) are contributing to the cause or persistence of their
condition. Further, he has studied Corrective Exercise with the
CHEK Institute in California and is able to advise patients on
issues of spinal instability and on appropriate exercise selection
for their condition.

Andrew is committed to keeping up to date with
developments both in Chiropractic and in other modes of manual therapy.
To this end he contributes book reviews to Clinical Chiropractic, an
internationally published peer-reviewed journal of reference.
As well as practicing at the Wren Centre in the City,
Andrew sees patients at Canary Wharf at the Natural Health Service (Tel:
020 8297 9927) and in the Blackheath / Greenwich area at the Blackheath
Complementary Health Centre (020 8293 5380).
Andrew believes the improved alignment that comes from
